Body and mind at work too

Conferences, workshops, and mind-body retreats for your teams. Mindfulness, breathing, and long-term job satisfaction. A challenging program—not just gimmicky team-building activities.

What your teams don't get from a traditional seminar

Most “wellness at work” programs boil down to a yoga session during lunch break—one that’s quickly forgotten. The approach here is different: connecting what’s happening in the body to what’s happening in the mind, and providing practical tools that everyone can put to use the following Monday.

Twenty years of yoga, ultra-trail running, meditation, and coaching—all coming together in a program that balances rigor and precision, performance and mindfulness. No abstract theories: just proven practices, explained in simple terms.

Who are these sessions intended for?

Executives and founders who want to give their teams a meaningful break.

HR and QWL managers seeking a program on burnout prevention, stress management, and workplace longevity.

Seminar and event organizers looking for a memorable conference or workshop that breaks away from conventional formats.

Employee representative bodies and workplace groups looking for a shared, meaningful experience free of condescension.

Three formats

Format 1 — Conference

45 min to 1 hr 30 min · in-person or online · up to large groups

A talk on a mind-body topic—presence and mindfulness, managing your energy over time, breathing and stress, transitioning into the second half of your career. Practical content and short, integrated exercises—not a theoretical monologue.

Format 2 — Practical workshop

1 hour 30 minutes to half a day · in-person or online · small group

A guided practice session—breathing, movement, meditation, mindfulness—designed for people who have never rolled out a yoga mat. Everyone leaves with two or three tools they can use in their daily lives.

Format 3 — Team day outdoors

Full day · Provence (Luberon, near Aix) · 8 to 15 people

A structured day outdoors: walking, sensory awareness, mind-body practices, and group discussion. To bring a team together in a different way than around a table—without feeling like a forced seminar.

Elise’s preferred topics

Presence and Mindfulness — secular meditation applied to the workplace, combating distraction.

Entering the Second Half of Your Career — for aging workforces, without ageism or sentimental rhetoric.

The Body at Work — Posture, micro-practices, and preventing everyday tension.

Sample list — each session is tailored to your specific context during a preliminary discussion.

Customized proposal

Format, topic, duration, location, and pricing tailored to your needs—not a one-size-fits-all catalog. Quote and training agreement provided as needed.

Session

In-person at your location, at a venue of your choice, or online. Élise leads the session herself from start to finish.

Potential follow-up

For organizations that want to make this a long-term initiative: a series of workshops, regular sessions, or referring interested individuals to one-on-one sessions.

Just to be clear

Not a gimmicky team-building—no playful challenges or superficial activities. A session with real substance.

Not a long-term corporate coaching—Élise leads conferences, workshops, and one-day sessions, not ongoing managerial support.

Not a miracle anti-stress solution—practical guidance and real tools, delivered through an approach that requires a minimum level of commitment from participants.

Not a group therapy—in cases of genuine psychological distress, the program refers participants to qualified professionals.

Pricing

Educational programs may be conducted under a training agreement (OG Elise Le Goff is Qualiopi-certified). Depending on the format, funding from an OPCO or a skills development plan may be available. The details will be discussed during the first conversation.

Pricing is available upon request. The rate depends on the format, duration, number of participants, and location. A 30-minute conversation is all it takes to outline a proposal.
