Athletic Longevity Coaching

Live your sport

For those who want to stay committed to fitness and health. Monthly follow-ups + nearly daily check-ins. Mental health is an integral part of the program.

Cycling, trail running, hiking, multi-sports, yoga.

Who is this coaching for?

For dedicated amateur athletes—or those who want to become one. Three profiles.

Trail runners, ages 45–65, who want to keep going

Trail running, short and long distances. Starting to see the limits of “always more.” Wants to keep running until age 70 or 80.

Athletes in transition after an injury or a break

Post-injury or after a break, wants to rebuild their fitness intelligently. Standard coaching has been disappointing—too many plans, not enough listening. Seeks support that incorporates the mental aspect.

Cyclist or long-distance cyclist/hiker

Road biking, gravel biking, bikepacking, long-distance hiking. The focus is no longer on a single peak performance but on the ability to sustain effort over several days or years. The mental aspect and breathing become central.

To keep things clear

  • Not a generic, standardized training plan generated by an algorithm. Each program is tailored to the individual.
  • Not a training plan separated from the mental approach. The two are intertwined.
  • Not a medicalized injury recovery service—a physical therapist, osteopath, or sports physician remains essential in the event of a medical issue.
  • Not podium coaching for professional athletes—other specialized trainers are better suited for that.

Élise is the lovely voice by my side who guides me, reassures me, helps me find my space, regain confidence in my body and my abilities, opens me up to all possibilities, and makes me want to embark on new adventures!

Why this approach?

I’ve always worked in endurance sports, with a focus on mental and physical preparation. Yoga, breathwork, and meditation are part of my daily practice. Athletic longevity depends less on optimization than on paying close attention and making continuous adjustments.

At 55, a training plan alone is no longer enough. Sleep, mental recovery, and the ability to pause matter just as much. This coaching program brings all these variables together.

Belief: Long-term performance is built through awareness, adaptability, and continuous adjustment.

FAQ

What level of athletic ability is required?

Regular, structured exercise with specific goals. A background in sports is preferred, but beginners are also welcome.

Is this compatible with a training program I’m already following?

Yes. Many participants already have a plan (club, coach, app) and come looking for the mind-body aspect that their other approach doesn’t cover.

Do you train for races and competitions?

Yes—mental preparation, adjustments, and post-race analysis. Competition is incorporated when it matters.

Is there assistance with planning adventures?

Yes—logistical support, route mapping, monitoring, and debriefing.

What if I don’t want to run anymore?

Coaching evolves with the individual. There are many forms of exercise: hiking, biking, and intensive yoga.
