20-Hour Breath Training

Pranayama and Functional Breathwork

Master your breathing to transform your energy, your mind, and your performance

Who is this training course intended for?

A deliberately diverse audience: practitioners and professionals. Four main profiles.

Profiles

  • Practitioners of yoga, meditation, and sports who feel that breathing is the key they’ve been missing.
  • Healthcare professionals (respiratory physical therapists, sophrologists, osteopaths, nurses) who want to acquire an additional skill to benefit their patients.
  • Sports coaches and trainers who want to incorporate breathing techniques into their programs—performance, recovery, and stress management.
  • Vocal coaches, freediving instructors, and divers: anyone whose profession involves breathing.

Practicing Pranayama

Foundational techniques (kriyas, bandhas, calming and energizing practices), the energetic and spiritual dimensions of the breath.

Exploring modern breathwork

Health-focused breathing and performance-focused breathing (based on the Oxygen Advantage protocol). Criteria for choosing the right tool for each individual.

FAQ

Do you need to practice yoga to sign up?

No. The training is open to everyone, with no prior yoga experience required. The only requirements are a genuine interest in breathing and a commitment to practicing both during the online sessions and the in-person weekend.

How is this different from a “pure” pranayama training?

Traditional pranayama + modern breathwork (based on Oxygen Advantage). It’s this blend of traditional and scientific rigor that makes it unique.

How many people per session?

About 15 people. This format allows for close attention without being too small a group.

Can this training be taken as a supplement to the 200-hour yoga certification?

Yes. Explore Passport: 10% off for 200-hour graduates. This training goes much deeper than the breathing module in the 200-hour program.

Ready to breathe differently?

Twenty hours to change your relationship with your breath.
