Who are these events for?

  • Regular participants who want a high-quality weekly setting without everything being strictly structured.
  • Curious individuals who want to get a taste of the Explore Training approach before committing to a training program or coaching.
  • People seeking space—space for practice, space for reflection, space to breathe in the midst of a busy life.
  • Athletes and instructors who want to complement their main practice with short-format sessions (breathing workshops, immersive retreats).
  • People taking a break from their usual routines—between jobs, on sabbatical, or recovering from burnout—who want to reconnect with their bodies and ease back into daily life at their own pace.

A consistent approach

Regardless of the entry point, every Explore & Experience format shares the same core principles:

  • Small groups, always. In-person formats never exceed 15–20 participants.
  • An integrated mind–body approach. Yoga and meditation are woven together—not treated as separate practices.
  • A genuine commitment to learning. Even short formats go beyond superficial activities.
  • True inclusivity. All body types, ages, and experience levels are welcome, without hierarchy.
